My best friend Ebru, who I met here in Dubai, cooks real spaghetti bolognaise quite often. I like the look of steaming fresh pasta and the look of a fresh & fragrant vegetable & herb sauce.
Leaving the meat aside, as a vegetarian cook I fancy making my vegetarian sauce with as many colourful ingredients as I can.
